Reiki Healing - Comprehensive
In-person session
This comprehensive reiki healing session provides healing to your entire being, as well as tailored to your specific needs; great for those who would like a general healing session that covers all areas of their health and well-being, and/or those who have particular areas of concern (this can be physical/emotional or mental), for which healing energy can be directed accordingly. Recommended for newcomers to reiki, this is a beautiful treatment for you to experience reiki for physical, mental and emotional harmony. For those who are experiencing any intense trauma/ physical ailment, a succession of 3 sessions within 4 weeks is highly recommended as a wonderful way to re-balance and regain health and harmony in your life. Chakra Balancing Reiki + Mini Intuitive Channelling
In-person session
This Chakra Balancing reiki treatment helps align your seven chakras, clearing any blockages, and covers healing of your entire chakra system; especially the ones which may be deficient or excessive at the time of the treatment. If a boost to your system is required, your practitioner will perform a Chakra Reiki Boost as well as part of this treatment.
This treatment is complemented with a mini Intuitive Channelling session, where we communicate with your spiritual teachers, guides and angels. With the help of cards, we conduct a short general connection session or specific inquiry-based reading and guidance.

Crystal Singing Bowls - Personalised Sound Healing
In-person session
Come alone or bring a friend. A personalised sound healing session for 1-2 people. An array of sound healing instruments will be used, as well as reiki healing, in this one hour session to help unblock any stagnant energy, heal you on a cellular and energetic level, and bring your entire system back into balance. Restore, Realign and Renew. Crystal singing bowls produce pure, resonant tones that work with your body's natural energy to promote deep relaxation and healing. Each bowl is tuned to specific frequencies that correspond to the body's chakras and energy centres, helping to release tension, quiet mental chatter and restore inner balance. This can support better sleep, reduce anxiety, improve focus and provide an overall sense of well-being, leaving you feeling grounded and deeply restored.
Alchemy crystal bowls and Frosted Quartz bowls infused with specific beneficial crystals are used in the session.

Distance Reiki Healing
Distance session
Distance Reiki Healing is great for those who are unable to attend a healing session in person. This is energy work tailored one's profile and needs, performed across a non-physical dimension, directed to a specific individual. This can be performed for pets and animals, as long as I have the pet owner's consent.
Requirements: A photo of yourself, a 5 minutes over-the-phone check in, and a recommendation to relax in a private location whilst the treatment is ongoing, for 30 minutes.
Please note that if this is a gift for a loved one, I will need the consent of the reiki recipient, which can be given in the initial phone session. If energetic resistance is encountered at the initiation of the treatment it will not proceed, and you will be refunded your entire booking.

Intuitive Channelling
Virtual session
With the help of cards, you are assisted in communicating with your highest selves, spiritual teachers, guides and angels, for a general connection session or specific inquiry-based reading and guidance. This is currently only offered virtually. You will receive a reading report after session ends.
